New Year Meeting

America continued to grin and said, "You mean China? He's pretty cool, he looks like chick though...and I owe him a ton of cash." he said the last part quietly. "Anyways, awesome to meet you, it's cool, I thought only nations came to the meeting, but the hero well give pretty girl like you a break."

Thailand looked shocked at the girl's question. "Of course I don't want any ana~ I need to lead the meeting." Thailand sighed and looked back down at the papers. Of course he needed to stay sober during the meeting, but the real reason was that he couldn't hold his liquor. It only took one small glass to get him drunk and the last thing anyone needed was for him to go around the meeting room attempting to make out with everyone like a certain Frenchman he knew. Thailand looked up when Russia bean to speak. His words puzzled Thailand. Of course he understood and agreed with what he was saying, but he was shocked at the total carefree mood the man was in. He was a nation and he needed to get work done. Thailand was about to say just that when he thought back to all of the other times he's seen Russia drinking. He almost never got drunk and even when he did, he still had control over himself. "Alright....just make sure you are able to actually contribute to the meeting ana~" Thailand shook when Russia giggled, hoping that he wasn't drunk now! Thailand rubbed his forehead in stress. If this was how the meeting was starting....how much worse would it......Thailand's thoughts were interrupted by America, being as enthusiastic as always, came bursting through the door. Thailand simply smiled at the man and went back to Bangkok's papers. Thailand had mixed feelings about America. Hes the kind of guy that makes to want too give him a Thai massage. Thailand shook his head and absconded the thought. He heard the man complain about his hunger, as always, and decided to Tell him that the maids were ready to take orders. "Hey America If you want the ma...." The man was over by the Russian who was tossing his Toto into the air. The elephant looked terrified. "Russia! Please don't do that to Toto ana~!" He then saw Russia drinking large amounts of alcohol. Thailand didn't want Toto near him. "ToTo ma ma!!" The small elephant broke away from the man and ran over to Thailand. Diving head first into his shirt. Thailand then saw America strip and just stared... He looked down at Toto and began to sweat. "This is going to be a long meeting ana~." Thailand then decided it was time to serious. He stood up and slammed his hands down onto the wooden table. "Look. It's alright if you guys have your fun...but this is a meeting room not some bar!" A purple aura began to grow around Thai and his eyes turned completely white. "If you can not behave yourselves, then my Royal guard will be forced to escort you out! understand?!" Thailand was completely serious and Toto who had never seen this side of Thai burrowed into his shirt and shook even more. (( hehe who wants a Thai massage because Thailand is ready to whip em out XD))

America looked at him and laughed a bit and said, "Chill dude, but you're right, we have to get this meeting under way! Alright! Poverty, I think we should buy a crap load of ramen noodles and send them to the poor, they're really cheap and are good for you, because they have vegetables!" America's was completely serious about this idea, his ideas were always so...creative. "Since I'm the hero and America, I'll lead this meeting and we'll get stuff done!" no they wouldn't.

Russia stood up and loomed over the thai, "Kick us out and I will wrap your body in a Russia flag, shoot you and ship you to my home to be buried!" Russia said smiling. Russia put his hand out, "Give.Me.The.Elephant." Russai said totally (drunk serous

Thailand calmed down and sat down. "Thank you America I appreciate you getting somewhat serious ana~" he sighed. and listened to the mans proposal. The meeting didn't have to start now. There were only three countries and a city present at the moment. "Hey America haha I do appreciate your enthusiastic attitude, but we don't have to start now ana~." Thailand smiled maybe things were going to go right after all. "Also forgive me for loosing my head ana~ I'm just a bit stressed with the preparations and all ana~. I......." The man was interrupted by the large, drunk, Russian man looming over him. He obviously had had too much to drink and forgot where he was. He began to threaten Thai and then rudely commanded to be handed the elephant. Thailand stood up and faced the Russian head on. " haha Russia, allow me to lay out the situation you are in. One... you are drunk, two you are in my country with my royal Thai guard who might I add have been trained in all types of martial arts and been alerted to how powerful you think you are when you are drunk. Don't think i'm the little small country i use to be when you had to come rescue me from France and England. I can and will have you escorted out and you will not be allowed. How idiotic would it be to end almost a century of amazing relations just because you're drunk. I suggest you consider your position in this situation and go have a seat ana~. I do not wish to make you my enmy." Thailand said all of that with a smile on his face. He respected the Russian man and usually it was the same way vice versa. But he was not going to submit to the man just because he was taller than him. Thailand truly knew how to parylize anyone if he chose to. And he wasn't afraid to use self defense so he hoped he would comply. (( may I suggest not starting a war and not getting your characer kicked out? ^.^))

Belarus sighed as she started to walk towards the gigantic building where the world meeting was being held. She was probably a little late, and she knew that. But there was no rush, and she quietly enjoyed her time alone. She had no particular reason to come to this reason but she figured she might as well go. It didn't hurt to be involved in the world once and a while.

In truth, she was fearing what kind of chaos she would arrive to. World meetings were usually hectic and nothing got done. A woman greeted her as she walked into the building and directed her to the meeting room. Already she could hear the shouts and laughs of various nations. Maybe Russia would be there? Hopefully there would be an empty seat next to him.

Pushing open the door, she immediately saw alcohol and a tiny elephant. 'I have better things to worry about...these fucking idiots can figure their own shit out,' she though, glaring at anyone who dare look at her. Russia was also there, drunk as hell. Belarus didn't know if sitting next to him would be a good idea. But, fuck it the girl had guts. She sat down right in the chair next to him, half hoping he wouldn't notice.

America gave his trade mark laugh and said, "Break it up you guys, no need get your panties in a bunch, Belarus' is here so you can go chill." America didn't like being left out, so breaking up the small quarrel would give him some attention and said, "Thai, you anymore of that, pa-whatever you call it? I had some on the way over and it as totally awesome!" trying to get the Thai man to avert his attention somewhere else.

Russia glared at Thailand for another second before taking a seat and barring his face in to his arms, starting to get a head ache, he had gotten use to hangovers, and they didn't bother him as much any more.sighed in to his arms and lifted his head, rubbing his eyes, and looking at the scream around the room. America had no pants and was flirting with beijing, Belarus was sitting a LITTLE to close to him. My god...why did he come to this meeting? Russia looked up and started fling the papers, eventualy he got up and tossed them in a trash can, not feeling any need (or want) to practipa in this meeting.

Belarus laid her head down on the table in hopes of blocking out all the noise. There was no particular reason for her to be there. Maybe she would just disappear into the shadows for a little. "...Brother, has it always been this chaotic at meetings...?"

She looked over at Russia, watching him throw away papers and come back. Sighing, she put her head back down on the table. At least Russia wasn't desperately trying to get away from her this time.

Thailand and the others had at least calmed down a little bit. Thank goodness.

"Every time!" Russia said happily, waring a creepy and somewhat sadist smile. Russia watched the seance, almost laughing, seeing the other nation ether fail or make idiots of them self's. Come on! 1 of them had no pants! He sighed and hated himself for even arriving at the meeting.

Russia look the cup and downed it like a shot. He Yawed and rested his head on his folded arms. He looked over at Belarus, she was not bad company when she wasnt talking about killing everyone to be able to marry him. He turned back in to his arms. Listening to what the other nations said, He shifted, his head already starting to fell better and he pushed his scarf up over his nose and was tempted to fall asleep.
