Hetalia Hostpital -sign ups-

Hey guys! I decided to make a hospital form!

So send your info and I will put you on the list! C:

Here's how it will work- this is where you sign in your character for the rp and in the other topic named "Hetalia Hospital RP" is where the rp will take place~ I don't know why I decided to do it like this. I'm weird like that. Oh! And I don't know what would go in other, but ill put what you are there -be creative- I will take any thing FOR ALL I CARE YOU COULD BE AN APPLE. I will figure out a way to put you in XD

Oh and the hospitals name is HetaHospital XD if you have a better name please tell me beacause I will rename the hospital if I like it :3
